A baby is a newborn for 7 weeks, so anytime in the first 7 weeks. Can be as early as a few days to a few weeks. Depending on how sleepy or how alert you would like your little one to be in your photos. It is important to book in during second trimester to avoid missing out on a newborn session.

I usually tell my clients, to dress in neutral tones or earthy colours. Think, white, light pinks, beige, browns, denim kind of vibes. These colours blend best with my editing. Take a look at my instagram feed for inspo.

We don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?

Absolutely! Most people feel uncomfortable in front of the camera to begin with, but after some laughs and fun you will relax into the session. Think of me as the third wheel just capturing all that is you, your family, your story. Let me be your hype girl!

Our little ones don't like photos how do you manage this?

Little ones can feel overwhelmed and frightened when arriving to a session. I take the time to bond with your children and have some fun and play games to lighten the mood and to capture the truly authentic smiles and laughing, and at the end of the day some of the most beautiful photos are those without smiles.
